Process for New Petitions for Exclusions
Submit a completed Petition for Exclusion to the management office.

- District Management will estimate the cost of the petition.
- District Management will obtain Board approval for the petition cost.
- The property owner submits payment for the Petition for Exclusion.
- District Management reviews the petition and determines eligibility.
- A hearing is scheduled with the Arabian Acres Board to review the petition and either approve or deny it based on eligibility.
- Hearings are held quarterly in March, June, September, or December.
- Decision Outcome:
- If approved: The petition will be filed with County Court, provided no additional costs are required.
- If denied: No further action will occur.
- Process completed.
